On 25 September 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals were adopted to end poverty and inequalities, to protect the planet, and to ensure that all people can live in peace and prosperity by 2030.
For the goals to be reached, everyone needs to do their part: governments, institutions, organizations, and civil society. The campaign “Global Day to #act4SDGs” invites everyone to join and take action for a sustainable development.
On 25 September 2018, we will celebrate those who are making a real difference in their work, at home, and in public life by taking concrete actions, expanding ideas, and ensuring the SDGs deliver on their promise of a more just and sustainable world.
