Watch Our New Explainer Video: Understanding the Dimensions of Sustainable Development

The 2030 Agenda and the SDGs are not merely items on a checklist but represent a holistic approach to understanding and tackling problems by guiding us to ask the right questions at the right time. We need to consider several challenges in order to work out how they connect with and impact each other. But how does it work? To better understand sustainable development and its dimensions, the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) launched its first explainer video that introduces the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Watch it now

The UNSSC Knowledge Centre for Sustainable Development is currently developing other explainer videos in collaboration with UN WOMEN as well as UNEP/CMS. If you would like to collaborate with us to design and develop an explainer video for your UN Country Team, agency or organization on topics related to sustainable development, please email us at sustainable-development@unssc.org.
