Please find below a few Sustainable Development (SD) Knowledge Highlights, including information about our courses and free-of-charge offerings.

We are happy to announce that during the High Level Political Forum (HLPF) 2018 in New York, the UNSSC Knowledge Centre for Sustainable Development and the German Development Institute (DIE) are working together with schools for public administration from six countries to host the Learning and Training side event: “Capacity-Building for the 2030 Agenda: The Role of Civil Servants in a Multi-Stakeholder Environment.” The three-hour workshop on 11 July will highlight the role of civil servants as agents of transformation in implementing the 2030 Agenda. It will specifically emphasize new approaches to facilitate the collaborative partnership of civil servants with diverse stakeholders, as well as innovative methods to transmit the core principles and approaches of the 2030 Agenda and its SDGs. The workshop is expected to produce concrete follow-up recommendations. Find out more here and don’t hesitate to join if you plan to be at the HLPF.
