More Information:
We will present insights from a BMZ-funded research project at DEval that investigated the implementation of rigorous impact evaluation and the use of rigorous evidence in German development cooperation. The final research report of this project has just been published. You can download the report – including a quick and easy to read 2-page summary.
During the online event, we will also launch a website that provides helpful resources on rigorous impact evaluation. At the heart of the website you will find an interactive online version of our report and a rigorous evidence database for rigorous impact evaluations (co)funded by BMZ since 2014. Soon, the website will also include information on a pilot funding programme for rigorous impact evaluation(s) to be launched this year! The website will be continuously updated to provide information for those who want to implement rigorous impact evaluations or use rigorous evidence in their work.
