Sustainability: In an open dialogue process, the staff of InWEnt developed a concept for sustainability and set out recommendations in a sustainability agreement in 2007. In 2009 InWEnt published its first Sustainability Report. InWEnt is committed to using environmentally friendly methods of transportation when staff is travelling, employing environmentally sound products over the work day and has implemented a fair purchasing system. But at InWEnt dedication to sustainability goes well beyond just the ecological aspects. Sustainability at InWEnt also means ensuring the company’s economic success and the social responsibility by committing to a culture of appreciation and recognition. Sustainability is a key issue in all of InWEnt’s programmes.
